One source of truth
Every account, every contact, every product you carry, every visit you've made — in one place. No spreadsheets, no email threads. Your book of business, auditable and searchable.
Tasting recaps that build your pipeline
The recap form captures what you tasted, who was there, the buyer's reaction, and the outcome — with outcomes automatically becoming follow-up tasks. Retail visits include shelf audits and competitor tracking.
Over time, your recap history becomes a living record of your relationships: what you've poured, who said yes, and what's waiting for a reorder.
Automated follow-ups & dossiers
After a tasting, the platform generates a drafted follow-up email and an account dossier — a concise summary of the account's history, preferences, and open opportunities. Review, edit, send.
Supplier & distributor reporting
Show suppliers exactly where their brands have been presented and placed, with verified placement data and depletion reconciliation. Distributor partners get territory demand signals from your tasting activity.

FAQ
Who is Pour Advice built for?
Wine and beverage brokers and sales reps operating in the three-tier system. If you're managing accounts, presenting products at tastings, tracking follow-ups, and reporting to suppliers — this is for you.
How is it different from a general CRM?
Pour Advice is built around the tasting recap — the atomic unit of work in beverage sales. Every visit generates a recap that ties products to accounts, outcomes to follow-ups, and placements to supplier invoices. General CRMs treat a tasting like any other meeting.
What does it cost?
We're currently in a limited beta with select brokers. Reach out at hello@pouradvice.com to discuss access.
Does it connect to distributor depletion data?
Depletion data can be imported via CSV for reconciliation and attribution. Native integrations are on the roadmap.
Is my client data private?
Yes. Your account list, tasting notes, and pipeline data are visible only to members of your team.
