Thin-skinned, low tannin, high alcohol. Kirsch, dried cherry, garrigue herbs, and lavender. Southern Rhône dominant grape — almost always blended (GSM) but the primary aromatic and structural voice.

Climate Warm Mediterranean with altitude moderation. Rocky slopes of Dentelles de Montmirail. Higher elevation than CdP.

Style Grenache-dominant GSM blend. Firmer and darker than CdP. Old vine standard. More structured than Vacqueyras.

Tell Garrigue and kirsch, dark cherry and iron mineral, firmer tannin relative to CdP — medium for Grenache overall, high alcohol warmth

Vacqueyras

Climate Warm Mediterranean. Rocky soils at foot of Dentelles de Montmirail. Cooler than CdP.

Style Grenache-dominant GSM blend. Earthy and rustic compared to CdP. Good value.
